So yesterday night i went home and added more calories to the 77 over I already was. i don't really know how many, and quite frankly I'm gonna pretend it didn't happen. I purged (it was uncontrollable). But overall itwas some pretty healthy calories. Zuchini, Squash, Bell Pepper, Onions, Grilled Chicken, and Rice.
But I did go to Wal-Mart last night and stocked up on some essentials. I bought K2O Protein Water Mix (only 30 cals), Bottled Water, Diet Coke, 100 Calorie Packs, lots and lots of Veggies, I got some Grilled Chicken (the whole package is only 80 cals), imitation Crab Meat, I also got some SlimQuick. Gonna see how well that works out for me.

SO I def ate a piece of pizza. UGHHHHH. I purged the hell out of myself then took my SlimQuick. I wonder how many calories I just ingested?!?!?!?!
