 I'm so very disappointed in myself. :(
Last night i binged terriblyy. And purged everytime.
To the point that i felt very very very sick.
I woke up this morning and jumped on the scale and realized I had gained back 1.2lbs.
UGH.
So this morning I got up and ate breakfast. (260cals). I always eat breakfast because you burn more calories in the morning time than you do any other part of the dayy. And after breakfast I decided to fast. I am already in One whole hour. Never fasted before so this is going to be a first!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Takže si myslím hodlám začít psát mé časopisů v češtině. Přesto. Jsem ztratila pět kilo za čtyři dny. Cítím splněny. Tak trochu. Moje fotky jsou hrozné. To není fyzicky vypadal jsem ztratil všechno. Ale já se nedivím, že v době nafouklý vzhledem k období.

So this weekend was a COMPLETE failure. =( 
The rivvverrrr was a BLAST, but the amount of alcohol that was consumed was way outrageous. And on top of that, I ate half of a medium pizza by MYSELF. And Wendy's, and Enchiladas, and Applebees. i purged at least four times this weekend, and still managed to gain 4 fucking pounds. It was depressing.

So my ana friend and i decided to go on the abc (AGAIN i start over) today, plus I'm doing SlimQuick Clense && SlimQuick w/ Hoodia at the same time. Today has been absolutely fantastic.

Plus another wonderful thing about today is I'm going to an Astros game after work, so I'll be preoccupied during my binge hours!! Yay!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 So yesterday night i went home and added more calories to the 77 over I already was. i don't really know how many, and quite frankly I'm gonna pretend it didn't happen. I purged (it was uncontrollable). But overall itwas some pretty healthy calories. Zuchini, Squash, Bell Pepper, Onions, Grilled Chicken, and Rice. 

But I did go to Wal-Mart last night and stocked up on some essentials. I bought K2O Protein Water Mix (only 30 cals), Bottled Water, Diet Coke, 100 Calorie Packs, lots and lots of Veggies, I got some Grilled Chicken (the whole package is only 80 cals), imitation Crab Meat, I also got some SlimQuick. Gonna see how well that works out for me.

  SO I def ate a piece of pizza. UGHHHHH. I purged the hell out of myself then took my SlimQuick.  I wonder how many calories I just ingested?!?!?!?!

i started Day 1 of the ABC diet today. The first day is 500 calories or less, well I  already fucked that up by 77 calories. So no more eating for the rest of the day. Hopefully I'll get to work out tonight, while the baby sleeps. I need to prep for the river trip this weekend and get some laundry together to wash. By tonight I'll decide whether or not I want to do a three day fast or not. I really really need to. I feel so damn bloated it's unreal. Maybe I'll take some lax's too.. We shall see.
